Booth payments:
  • Elite, Select and Platinum Exhibitor logos will be uploaded to the TSPS website homepage upon full payment.
  • Company will be listed in the 2026 Exhibitors list upon full payment.
  • Booth locations are determined by partnership levels and when payments are received in full.

- Additional exhibitor badges are $200. per person.

- Booth attendee names were requested on the exhibitor application.  Name changes and additional badge requests can be submitted by email.  Submit changes and additional badge requests here.

Booth info

- Booth sizes vary:  8'x6', 8'x10' and 10'x10'.  Booths contain a 8' high blue draped back wall and 36" high sidewalls and is carpeted.  
- Each booth included signage with your company name and booth number, 6' table w/drape, 2 chairs and wastebasket. 
- Exhibit booth furniture, additional signage and rental exhibits may be obtained through CHS Handling.  Order forms can be found using this link.  CHS Handling
- Wi-fi is available throughout the hotel including the exhibit hall area for personal devices.
- Dedicated Wi-Fi, electrical & A/V needs may be obtained through Encore.

SHIPPING & MATERIAL HANDLING INFORMATION

Shipping
- Transport of your materials from your origin to the shipping dock of the advance warehouse or event venue before the show.
- Transport of your materials from the event venue to your destination after the show.

Material Handling
- Transport of your materials from the shipping dock of the advance warehouse or event venue to your exhibit space.
- Storage of empty containers.
- Transport of your materials from your exhibit space to the transportation vehicle.

- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
- Know before you go:  Shipping carrier, name on the box and tracking number.
- Don't forget to include TSPS along with the exhibitor company name. 

Installation:
- Thursday, September 17, 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm
- Materials will not automatically be delivered to your booth. 
- Marriott Marquis hotels charge a handling fee therefore, you must pre-pay for these fees to have your materials delivered to your booth.  In the event the fees are not pre-paid, Materials will be located in the hotel shipping/receiving UPS/FedEx office for pick up.
- The Marriott Marquis Houston FedEx does not have a pre-pay option for handling fees.
- Handling fee must be paid upon your arrival in the FedEx office by one of the following ways:  
Can be applied to FedEx shipping accounts (if available)
Can be applied to their guest room (if available)
Can be paid for over the phone once they have been received
Can be manually entered on our card reader in our office once they arrive
- All exhibit crates must be removed from view on the exhibit floor on Thursday, September 17. No exceptions will be allowed. 
- Check your delivery confirmation before reaching out to the hotel staff
 
Dismantling:
Sunday, September 20, concluding the last break and before 5 pm.   
  • All exhibitors may breakdown their booths following the last break on Sunday at 10:30am.
  • Any exhibit materials left on the exhibit hall floor without labels may be mistaken for disposables.
  • Be prepared with your pre-paid shipping labels and schedule ground pick-up with your carrier.
  • Boxes must be taken to the FedEx in the hotel to arrange for shipping before you leave.  

 EXHIBIT SPACE ASSIGNMENTS

The factors that are considered in assigning space are:

  • The exhibitor's record of participation in previous meetings.
  • Sponsorship participation level.
  • The date the application payment is received.
  • The exhibitor's requests, including proximity to other exhibitors. 
  • The number of booths requested. 
  • The type of product or service being displayed. 

Note: While TSPS makes every effort to accommodate your original booth location preference, we reserve the right to adjust booth assignments onsite due to unforeseen circumstances.

 EXHIBIT BOOTH CANCELLATION FEES

Notification of an exhibitor’s decision to cancel must be in writing and sent to [email protected].  Requests must be received no later than July 15, 2026.  If received by this deadline we will refund your payments less an administrative fee of 25% of the total booth charge.  You will not be entitled to any refund if you do not cancel your space in writing or do not occupy your booth space onsite (no-show).
