 BOOT CAMP '26 SPONSOR PROSPECTUS

TSPS in collaboration with the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), and supported by plastic surgery programs and faculty from across Texas, TSPS Boot Camp raises the standard for resident education and hands-on training statewide.

The initial program was created by ASPS in 2018 to address evolving trends in graduate medical education. The TSPS Boot Camp program aims to aid the transition of first-year Integrated interns and first-year Independent fellows into plastic surgery training by offering standardized exposure to crucial clinical content. The program is designed to ensure accountability in trainee education and to stay at the forefront of adult surgical education. Boot Camp builds community and mentorship among the next generation of plastic surgeons, featuring distinguished academic leaders, including program directors and chairs, who are committed to fostering meaningful connections.
