TSPS 2025 POSTER COMPETITION

2025 "DAY OF" POSTER SETUP - Posters to be set up early Saturday morning.  Additional details coming soon!

  • Poster Awards will be Saturday, Sept 27 at the "Light Up the Night" event.
  • We will be at the registration desk ready to direct you.  See you there!

 

Who Can Submit:

Only Medical Students in a Texas Program

Guidelines on Submitting:

  • Poster must be relevant to plastic surgery.
  • ONE POSTER APPLICATION PER MEDICAL STUDENT.
  • The student who submits the poster does not have to be present. However, a representative (or secondary author) should be available to answer questions during the assigned poster time
  • It is the responsibility of the person submitting to get their poster to the meeting whether it be you or a colleague.
  • Submit application ONLY when you are submitting with your PDF attachment.  The application will not allow you to go back at a later date to attach your poster.
  • Submissions without an attachment will be deleted to avoid duplicates

Poster Details:

  • Title, school and author(s) name at the top.
  • First author should be the presenters name.
  • Files should be uploaded in a PDF format.
  • Posters must be mounted on a 36" wide x 24" tall foam core board.
  • Posters will be displayed on easels provided by TSPS.
  • Posters NOT on foam core board will not be permitted.

Award for Winning Poster

The best overall poster will be presented on Saturday during a Poster Awards Presentation.
Judging will be done by the TSPS Awards Committee.

ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST REGISTER TO ATTEND THE MEETING.
