*As per the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education effective January 1, 2022, accredited providers must not share the names or contact information of learners with any ineligible company or its agents without the explicit consent of the individual learner. Therefore, mailing lists will include information of learners who have provided explicit consent for the sharing of their information with ineligible companies.

Exhibitor booth personnel badges are issued based on sponsor level.  Gold – 2 | Platinum – 3 | Select – 6 | Elite – 8  (Additional badges available at $200 per person.)

**Exhibitor badges are required for access to all scientific programming and seating is based on availability.  All company representatives must adhere to the TSPS Corporate Firewall Policy in compliance with the ACCME Standards for Commercial Support.

Please note that exhibit space for this meeting does not include the price of additional services, if not outlined above in the included items. This includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • Additional specialty furniture.
  • Utilities (electrical, dedicated A/V connections, etc.) 
    Wi-Fi is available for personal devices.

  • Shipping or material handling.

  • Booth locations are determined by partnership levels and determined after payments are received in full.
