KEY EXHIBITOR DATES & DEADLINES

TSPS provides exhibitors with complete planning information needed to successfully prepare for their exhibit experience at the TSPS Annual Meeting. Our website will serve as a reliable resource during pre-planning and while on-site. Participating exhibitors will also receive periodic Exhibitor emails to keep them informed of any important updates and provide reminders for upcoming deadlines. Please make sure to include a current exhibitor contact email address in the application for this purpose.

TSPS Exhibit Hall Dates and Times:*

• Friday, September 18, 2026 | Opening: 9am - 7:00pm
• Saturday, September 19, 2026 | Opening 7:30am - 5:00pm
• Sunday, September 20, 2026 | Opening 8am - 11:30am

Dedicated Exhibit Hours:*

Exhibitors are welcome to enter the exhibit hall one hour prior to opening each day. With a valid exhibitor badge, you may access the hall starting at 6:30 AM daily. Please ensure you have your badge visible at all times.

• Friday, September 18, 2026 | Opening: 6:30am - 5:00pm
• Saturday, September 19, 2026 | Opening 6:30am - 5:00pm
• Sunday, September 20, 2026 | Opening 8:00am - 12:00pm

Key Exhibitor Deadline Dates:

• Exhibit registrations are now available.
• Exhibit application and payment due upon registration.
• Cancellations of space between this date through June 30 are subject to $550 processing fee.
• Exhibitor logos will be posted on the TSPS homepage when application & payment are received (Platinum, Select and Elite)

• 100% refund for exhibit space cancellation ends

• Exhibitor specialty booth orders - manual available online (CHS | Convention Handling Services)
• Order electrical, dedicated lines, A/V, etc. (Encore)
• Social media kit available online

• Badge Registration deadline.  Badge registration email will be sent to the main contact.  
• Floor Plan diagram confirmed and available to Exhibitors

• Welcome Tote inserts are due (Platinum, Select and Elite only). 
  Ship to:  Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons, 8221 Montoya Circle, Austin, TX  78717. 
  Note:  Tote inserts should be product only. Paper collateral material not accepted. (It will wrinkle and you won't be happy with the results!) | Select no signature required upon delivery.

• Exhibitor load-in day. Details to be updated.
  

• Exhibitor installation should be complete by 9am.
• Exhibit hall opens at 9am.
• Any exhibit not set by 9am will  be presumed abandoned (unless permission has been granted in advance.)
• Exhibit Hall closes at 7:00pm (Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall 5:00pm-7:00pm)
• Dinner on your own (Friday night is a great opportunity for hosting a private company sponsored dinner.)

• Exhibit Hall Opens at 7:30am
• Exhibit Hall closes at 5:00pm (We look forward to seeing everyone at the Reception & Dinner/Dance)

• Exhibit Hall Opens at 8:00am
• Exhibit Hall Officially Closes at 11:30am
• Dismantle of Exhibit Hall - 11:30am-4:00pm
• All exhibit material must be removed from the Exhibit Hall by 4:00pm

• Post-meeting attendee mailing list will be available and sent by email to the Exhibitor applicant email on file.  
• Complete post meeting evaluation.  We value your feedback!

 Note:

• Elite, Select and Platinum Exhibitor logos will be uploaded to the TSPS website homepage upon full payment.
• All Exhibitors will be listed in the 2026 Exhibitors website link list upon full payment.
• Booth locations are determined by partnership levels and when payments are received in full. 
• Times are subject to change until the final schedule has been approved.
