- We recommend reserving early to secure the discounted group rate. Rooms may be cancelled prior to the cutoff date per hotel policy; once the room block closes, discounted rates are no longer available.
- All reservation changes and cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. TSPS is unable to modify reservations on behalf of exhibitors.
- Room preferences may be requested at the time of booking; specific room types are assigned at check-in based on availability.
