ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FORM
2009 Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons Annual Meeting

Abstract Deadline: DUE TO MEMORIAL DAY HOLIDAY - EXTENDED TO 5pm JUNE 2.

All abstracts received by TSPS will receive an auto-reply confirming receipt.  If you do not get an email from TSPS - then we did not get it.

Information on Submitting Abstracts
* One abstract per presenter.
* If your abstract claims improvements, from either cosmetic or reconstructive, you must provide photographs to support those claims.
* Once your abstract is accepted, you will not be allowed to withdraw it.  It affects CME hours and will not be allowed.
* Each paper must be ready for an oral presentation at the meeting & must not exceed 10 minutes (which include Q&A time).
* If you cannot utilize the online form - contact the TSPS offices at melissa.wilson@texmed.org

 

AWARDS:
Cronin Award - To be awarded to the Best Overall Paper submitted by a SENIOR RESIDENT only. (Senior status is defined as a physician in their last year of resident training before beginning a fellowship.)
Best Clinical
Paper Award
- First and Second places to be awarded. Open to residents and Fellows.
Best Science
Paper Award
- First and Second places to be awarded. Open to residents and Fellows.
Fox Award - Presented to the best overall paper presented by a TSPS Member.
